3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 pound ground round steak
1 6 ounce can pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 8 ounce package flat noodles, cooked
1 1 pound can creamed corn
1 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 4 ounce can chopped pimento
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
pepper to taste
8 ounces sharp cheese, grated
Saute onion and green pepper in oil and place in a 3 quart casserole. Saute meat and add to casserole with remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread cheese on top and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Serves 8 generously.
